
Job description
The Inside Sales Professional (ISP) is responsible for identifying and serving customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and fulfilling customer orders. The role involves working in a sales facility, interacting with customers, and promoting products and services. The ISP will work cooperatively with others, maintain a professional atmosphere, and comply with company policies and procedures.
Process customer orders, locate parts and supplies, support long-term business relationships, assist with warehouse duties, promote products and services, and provide technical support to customers.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience, proficiency in computers, and forklift experience. The role requires a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
