Machinist II, 2nd Shift

Role Overview

Sets up and operates machines and machining centers to fabricate parts, fits and assembles machined parts into complete units, and performs routine preventative maintenance on machines.

What You Will Do

Verifies conformance of processes or work piece to specifications, measures and marks dimensions, selects and secures holding fixtures, starts and observes machine operation, and fits and assembles parts into complete assembly.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related experience, and ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Must have good verbal and written communication skills and ability to read and interpret documents.

Requirements
