
Job description
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving complaints, and processing orders. Excellent communication skills are a must. You'll need to be a quick thinker who can keep your cool in stressful situations.
Maintain a professional attitude, communicate with customers, build relationships, provide prompt responses, maintain records, process orders, and keep up-to-date on company offerings.
You'll need 1+ years of Customer Service Representative experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in computers and CRM software. You should have excellent communication skills, customer service skills, time-management skills, and multitasking skills.
