Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related courses
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role within the BPO Industry or a Recruitment Firm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Competence in building and managing interpersonal relationships
• Functional competency with MS Office programs
• Familiarity with administration workstreams
