Requirements
- Codes for multiple Epic applications including building application tables and reports.
- Assists the team members in researching complex service line problems;
- Partners with team members to develop networks with other teams, divisions and operational leaders to triage complicated business problems and issues.
- Supports discovery for best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
- Troubleshoots and resolves integrated issues crossing applications and works with vendors to solve issues.
- Organizes requirement specifications using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision making.
- Assists in meetings with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
- Partners with technology service center to ensure high first call response rate.
