Mine Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Mine Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide leadership and guidance to the department to ensure safe, productive, and efficient operation. You will be accountable for supporting developed strategies to meet goals through asset management systems, practices, and procedures.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities include ensuring safety procedures are followed, facilitating Pre-Start meetings, conducting work area inspections, and reviewing work orders. You will also provide leadership and guidance to your team, communicate strategy and plans, and offer ongoing recognition and coaching.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant trade school diploma or certificate preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant Maintenance supervisory experience
• Proficient in heavy diesel mechanic systems and repair
• Experience in equipment/maintenance budget management
