Job description
Join SSR Mining as a Superintendent, Maintenance Operations, overseeing electrical and instrumentation systems, and leading E&I teams. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
Provide cross-shift coverage for mechanical maintenance planning and execution, manage and lead E&I teams, develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and oversee day-to-day operations for the electrical & fixed plant departments.
This role requires strong leadership, management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a positive and proactive attitude towards safety. Experience in the mining industry is preferred, and a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field is required.
