Job Description
The Assistant Residential Manager provides daily operation of a residential program, coordinating activities, providing transportation, ensuring medical appointments, and assisting the Residential Manager. This role focuses on quality assurance, client health, and adherence to CARF standards, and provides backup support to the Residential Manager. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teamwork and client interaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in DSP competencies at all levels
- Familiarity with CARF standards, organizational standards and policies
- Intermediate written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of DSP training requirements
- Strong understanding of DSP training requirements
