Direct Support Professional (DSP)

St. Coletta of Wisconsin is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their residential, vocational, and educational programs in the Schaumburg, IL area. The role focuses on sustaining a high-quality of life and personal growth through recreational activities, personal care, and community integration. Comprehensive training is provided for all candidates.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid regular Illinois driver's license with a responsible driving record
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to assist individuals with developmental disabilities
