Provide maintenance and repair services for electrical control systems, install and maintain key electrical systems and equipment, and ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of a complex and essential inland waterway network.
Requirements
- Diploma of vocational studies - DEP (Quebec) or a training program or equivalent (ON) in electricity
- Industrial electrician's license "C" in Quebec or license 442A industrial electrician in Ontario
- Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience in an industrial environment in the maintenance of controls and electrical equipment
- Class 5 driver's license (QC) and a driving record allowing for insurance coverage
- Ability to work independently with all aspects of programmable logic controllers (PLC), motor drives, on-site equipment, generators, power supply networks without interruption, and navigation control systems
