We are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide full range of administrative support to the Radiology Department. The successful candidate will have VCE or equivalent, previous experience in medical administration (desired), high degree of computer literacy, customer service and multi-tasking experience, and professional telephone and reception skills. The position involves reception duties, patient accounts, bookings, result distribution and audio typing. Working in a fast-paced team, the successful candidate will be able to project a caring and professional image to patients and referring clinicians, while accurately and timely distributing reports by phone, fax, courier or electronically.
