As a Magnet Program Coordinator, you'll oversee the Magnet Program and implementation of creative systems to improve patient care delivery.
Requirements
- RN license in PA
- Master's or doctorate degree, or BSN with the active pursuit of Master's degree
- Project Management
- Current BLS
- 5 years nursing experience
- Experience working in a Magnet-recognized hospital
- At least 3 years of experience in management or an administrative role
