Clinical Director

We are a dedicated and dynamic ABA center committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through compassionate, evidence-based behavioral services. We are looking for an experienced and mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team as Clinical Director.

Requirements

• Active BCBA and LBA credentials
• Proven experience with developmental disabilities and ABA principles
• Familiarity with special education systems
• Strong skills in assessment, data collection, and clinical documentation
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
