Registered or Licensed Nurse (RN/ LPN)

Stafholt Health & Rehabilitation, a leader in rehabilitation and skilled nursing care, is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LPN to join their dynamic team. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, develop patient care plans, administer medications, and follow-up with families.

Requirements

• Provides the highest quality of patient care to facility residents/patients
• Documents care performed and observations of resident status in the clinical record promptly
• Communicates with resident's physician
• Completes all nursing documentation
• Participates in medication management
• Assists with or institutes emergency measures for sudden adverse developments with residents
• Punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts
