Job description
You oversee all stage operations, including setup, teardown, and maintenance, and ensure a smooth show operation. You manage the ongoing performance operation, clear the stage, and operate the upper and lower machinery as needed. You ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health and safety standards.
Maintain the stage technical equipment and facilities, lead a team technically and disciplinarily, promote employees, and plan efficient personnel deployment.
You have a qualification as a Stage Master (IHK) or as a Master for Event Technology with a focus on stage/studio, and comprehensive professional experience in the theater/musical or entertainment sector.
