Job Description
Provide personal and business support to the President, COO, and Director of Industrial Sales, including errands, travel arrangements, customer support, and confidential administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor's degree
- 5-10 years of experience as an executive/personal administrative assistant
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Strong level of competency with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Quicken
- Excellent proofreading, grammar skills, and project management
