Administrative Assistant

Provide personal and business support to the President, COO, and Director of Industrial Sales, including errands, travel arrangements, customer support, and confidential administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's degree
• 5-10 years of experience as an executive/personal administrative assistant
• Valid Oregon driver's license
• Strong level of competency with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Quicken
• Excellent proofreading, grammar skills, and project management
