Requirements
- Professionally administer incoming calls from multi-line phone
- Greet guests and employees in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple employee or customer situations simultaneously
- Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality
- Conduct physical inventory count for office supplies
- Administer random drug screenings to employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
