Billing Analyst

Role Overview

As a Billing Analyst at StandardAero, you will partner with the Aviation Customer Service department to create and distribute invoices with high accuracy, ensuring revenue to the organization. You will work with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines, and have a keen eye for attention to detail.

What You Will Do

You will receive, process, and verify component/module/accessory induction information and/or customer orders, prepare and distribute reports, order acknowledgments, estimates, and invoices, and provide customers with product information, including pricing, scheduling, delivery, and/or backorder availability.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting or customer service role, with strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements

• Two years of experience as a Billing Analyst or similar accounting or customer service role
• Two years of experience working with electronic billing procedures
• Two years of experience in MS Office (particularly Excel); familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
• High school completion or equivalent to high school completion with specialized training
• Must meet US Persons requirements per ITAR
