Standard Bots is a fast-growing robotics startup looking for a Regional Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the Pacific Northwest territory.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
