The Manager, Business Development-BJ is responsible for implementing the client acquisition strategy for SME banking, articulating the bank's value proposition, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality sales process. They will also work closely with stakeholders to achieve segment growth and develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients. The role requires 5 years of SME Banking/CIB Banking experience, prior experience in sales management, and knowledge of cash management, trade, FX, and wealth solutions.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or related discipline
- 5 years of SME Banking/CIB Banking experience
- Prior experience in sales management
- Experience in handling corporate customers, specifically to small and medium enterprises (SME) preferred
- Knowledge of cash management, trade, FX, and wealth solutions preferred
- Good marketing, communication, and interpersonal skill preferred
- Willing to work under pressure
- Proactive, positive attitude, customer oriented, self-motivated & a strong champion of teamwork spirit
