Senior Credit Officer, Financial Institutions Risk, Americas

The Senior Credit Officer, Financial Institutions Risk, Americas is responsible for second line of defense responsibilities related to Credit Risk for FI portfolio for Americas. The role involves oversight and challenge of risk management actions from the First Line, including developing and maintaining the CIB Credit Risk Type Framework, reviewing the adequacy and effectiveness of Credit Risk Appetite statements and metrics, and monitoring compliance to Board approved Credit Risk Appetite.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant credit/risk management experience with deep Financial Institutions sector expertise
• Substantial experience at the highest level in the banking industry, including demonstrated success in a similar role
• Sharp business acumen, strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and multi-cultural awareness
