As a Trade Product Manager, you will drive the products take-up to achieve growth in product performances and ensure that trade and working capital products meet the needs of Medium Enterprises (ME) client segments. This role reports directly to Head, Product and Strategy, SME Banking and will work closely with key stakeholders such as Transaction Banking, Group SME Banking Product, ME Sales, Credit, Operational Risk, Legal, Marketing and Compliance teams to roll out product initiatives in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience managing trade and working capital products for SME clients
- Strong understanding of end-to-end trade products (Import, Export, Guarantees) and working capital solutions
- Proven ability to drive product growth, commercialization, and revenue performance
- Solid knowledge of credit risk assessment, pricing frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- Experience in managing product lifecycle including launches, enhancements, and process improvements
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Operations
