Safety Technician I - WTX

The Safety Technician I inspects work areas and equipment to ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations. They will also be responsible for compliance with safety standards, incident reporting, and assisting employees with safety issues. The role is crucial for creating a safety-conscious culture and ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle and pass a motor vehicle record check and drug & alcohol screen.
• Basic: Ethical Conduct, Flexibility, Initiative
• Competencies: Basic (Basic: Ethical Conduct, Flexibility, Initiative)
• Preferred: Associate Degree in Occupational, Health & Safety, 1+ year experience in Environmental, Health and Safety.
• Strong time management, organizational skills
