Director, Transformation

The Standards Council of Canada (SCC) is seeking a Director, Transformation to lead the organization’s enterprise-wide transformation agenda, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Requirements

• Strategic leadership for the organization’s enterprise-wide transformation agenda
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives that advance SCC’s strategic direction
• Champion innovation and collaboration across SCC, helping teams navigate change and identifying opportunities to strengthen organizational effectiveness
• Possess a university degree in business management, engineering, accounting, or a related field, complemented by senior leadership experience
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required
