Job description
As Agile Practice Lead, you will help build an Agile practice from the ground up, owning the Agile practice as a discipline, setting standards, developing practitioners, and connecting day-to-day delivery execution to our broader operating model.
Own the Agile practice, hire, develop, and manage a team of Scrum Masters, lead Agile maturity assessments, build and maintain a leadership-facing view of delivery health, serve as the primary internal point of contact for delivery model governance, and partner with Product and Engineering leaders.
Substantial experience in Agile delivery at a senior or lead level, demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing Agile practitioners, strong Jira expertise, exceptional facilitation and communication skills, and enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems.
