Job description
As a Scrum Master embedded across multiple teams, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain a healthy backlog, and create trust and psychological safety to enable honest retrospectives and real improvement.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, build trust and psychological safety, maintain backlog health, apply standardized ticket structures, track and analyze sprint metrics, and identify and pursue impediments.
Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead, strong Jira skills, comfort operating across multiple teams, diagnostic mindset, and enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems.
