Maintenance Engineer Manager

The Maintenance Engineer Manager will lead and manage the maintenance/machinists and engineering team, develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing operations and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of combined experience in manufacturing maintenance and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability engineering, and equipment troubleshooting
• Professional certifications such as Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
