Civil Designer

Join our team to empower communities through master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks, and recreation facilities. As a Civil Designer, you will work collaboratively on a wide range of Community Development projects, analyzing, calculating, and preparing exhibits and construction documents.

Requirements

• Assist with civil engineering design including layout/geometry, grading, drainage, paving, water, sewer, and erosion control
• Prepare complete submission packages, supporting calculations, and quantity and cost estimates
• Assist with preparing permitting related applications and perform agency follow-up/coordination
• Participate and assist with consultant and project team coordination
• Prepare concept design and perform study phase activities, including project research and existing site constraints assessment
• Utilize technologies in development of three-dimensional models of civil systems
• Check own work for quality assurance and quality control on projects and assist with facilitating overall project QA/QC
• Assist in the development of new standards, enhancing production workflow, and refining design details
