• Lead project teams and mentor staff in Revit and sustainable design principles
• Conceptualize building designs from functional and aesthetic perspectives
• Develop designs through sketches, physical models, electronic models, diagrams, and massing studies
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Develop building systems and materials
• Implement sustainable design principles into the design and environment
• Analyze site conditions and incorporate them into design
• Participate in employee performance reviews and interviews
