As a warehouse associate, you will review inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain records to minimize errors. You will operate material handling equipment and adhere to safety procedures. You will also confirm product accuracy, communicate with colleagues, and address discrepancies and damages.
Requirements
- Ability to perform and understand warehouse operations
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate analytical thinking, and solve problems
- Ability to work on a computer using Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and learn WMS systems
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels
- Basic English language skills (verbal and written communications)
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift
- Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more
- Ability to lift, push, or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70-100 pounds
- Must wear safety composite work shoes
- Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
- Must be at least 18 years old
