The Manager, Corporate Office Operations will oversee the overall performance, experience, and operational management of Staples Canada’s Corporate Head Office, ensuring a well-run, welcoming, and efficient workplace.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business, facilities management, or related field preferred
- 4-6 years in corporate facilities or workplace operations
- 2–3 years leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate facilities operations, workplace services, and space planning
- Experience with move management, event coordination, and vendor oversight
- Effective leadership and coaching skills with a service-focused mindset
- Strong communication, organization, and project management capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Internal Communications, IT, and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic workplace/facilities management tools
- Knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols for office environments
