Job Description
Our client, a leading global crypto exchange, is seeking a Regulatory Lawyer to support its continued growth, working remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of financial and crypto regulations.
Requirements
- Oversee global licensing and financial regulatory matters, identifying and mitigating risk.
- Provide strategic regulatory advice on crypto/financial licensing, product launches, and compliance.
- Support the Compliance team in regulatory compliance efforts, including sanctions, AML, and other risks.
- Advise business units on commercial matters, drafting/reviewing licensing documents, regulatory investigations responses, and marketing materials.
- Manage external counsel relationships and legal advice procurement.
- Deliver legal and regulatory training to internal teams.
