Job Description
Our client, a rapidly growing international law firm, is looking for a highly motivated and versatile Legal Secretary to provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and play a crucial role in shaping the financial infrastructure of the firm.
Requirements
- 8+ years of legal secretarial experience at a leading law firm
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software such as Elite 3E
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with excellent multi-tasking skills
