Mid-Level Test Engineer

Role Overview

Join our team as a Mid-Level Test Engineer to support reverse engineering and test development for Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) used on weapons platforms. Analyze electronic hardware, develop test strategies, and support validation and sustainment of fielded systems through hands-on testing and automation.

What You Will Do

Analyze LRUs, reverse engineer electronic circuits, develop test plans and procedures, perform hands-on electronics testing, and support development of automated test procedures.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in electronic testing, test engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active secret clearance
• Experience with electronic circuit analysis and hands-on electronics testing
• Experience developing or executing test procedures for electronic assemblies or LRUs
• Familiarity with automated test systems or electronic test instrumentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in defense, aerospace, or engineering environments
