Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in an insurance or financial services environment preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning insurance systems/software
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong customer service orientation
