Requirements
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Current automobile insurance
- Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) certification
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- One year of full-time experience in consumer-directed services within a mental health, healthcare, or social services setting
- Associate degree (for Recovery Counselor II) and six years of experience in the mental health field
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mental Health Field) and four years of experience in the mental health field
- Master’s Degree (Mental Health Field) and two years of experience in the mental health field
