DOC Southwestern Illinois CC Correctional Officer Trainee, providing formalized and on-the-job training in security and custodial duties for IDOC.

Requirements

• Knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of high school
• Elementary knowledge of resident behavior problems
• Ability to pass the IDOC/IDJJ background check
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to utilize digital technology, tools, platforms, and processes
