Group Life Coordinator 2 Pool - Camp Florence

As a Group Life Coordinator 2 at Camp Florence, you will provide continuous interactive supervision of youth and ensure strict adherence to all policies, procedures, and rules to help maintain a safe and secure environment. You will oversee daily activities, transport youth as required, and support youth in working toward their individual goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED certificate, or other proof of education at the same or higher level
• Six months full-time experience observing, evaluating, developing, and monitoring human behavior and performance
• Certificate or Associate degree from an accredited school in a behavioral science, education, criminal justice, or related degree
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Pass a Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
