Executive Assistant providing administrative support to C-suite executives

State Street Bank International GmbH is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their EMEA team, providing administrative support to C-suite executives. The role is highly visible and requires a team player with initiative, independent thinking, and excellent organizational skills.

Requirements

• Commercial education or a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Five plus years of administrative experience
• Three or more years of executive level support in a multi-national environment
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to make travel arrangements and follow up on details
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good judgment and ability to adapt to changing priorities
