Front End React UI Engineer, Vice President

Role Overview

The Global Experience Design team is building a shared design system and front-end platform that delivers reusable components, layouts, design tokens, theming, and UI engineering capabilities to support enterprise-wide digital experiences at State Street. We are seeking a Front End React UI Engineer to help build intuitive, scalable, and high-quality user experiences across the SSDS platform.

What You Will Do

As a Front End React UI Engineer, you will build and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant front-end applications, reusable UI components, and design system capabilities for SSDS. You will translate product, UX, and business requirements into clean, maintainable, and reusable UI components and application features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in front-end engineering or full-stack development with a strong front-end focus
• Demonstrated expertise building production-grade applications with React
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
