Job Description
Host for a hospitality and entertainment district in Philadelphia, PA, responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, taking messages/reservations, and maintaining a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting.
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.
- Must be able to read, review and understand seating charts.
- Basic mathematical skills are used frequently.
