Job Description
Statkraft is seeking a highly experienced Energy Marketing Commercial Manager/Wholesale Power Marketer to expand its power marketing activities in PJM, focusing on mid-market transactions and customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in power marketing, trading, or origination
- Experience executing power products via various exchanges (Eg. ICE, CME, and/or NODAL)
- Experience executing bilateral and structured power transactions
- Experience operating under risk mandates, and knowing how to reduce risk via various hedging strategies
- Established network with various power market players
- Demonstrated success in executing structured deals with LSEs, cooperatives, and municipal agencies
- Experience and familiarity with standard and non-standard power contract terms as well as master trade agreements, such as ISDA and EEI
