Projektleiter (m/w/d) mechanische Anlagentechnik für Wasser- und thermische Kraftwerke

Independent leadership of projects for hydropower plants, biomass power plants, and gas power plants with a focus on mechanical plant technology. Responsible for technical, economic, and contractual matters. Management of all project phases from pre-feasibility to project completion.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable qualification
• At least 7 years of experience in independent project leadership, preferably in hydro and thermal power plants
• Familiarity with mechanical systems (e.g. turbines, generators, pumps)
• Knowledge of contract law, claim management, and risk management
• Teamwork, communication, compromise, and initiative
• Leadership qualities, experience as project leader, and strong communication skills
• Structured, solution-oriented work approach with economic thinking
• Conversational proficiency in German and English
