Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

Stealth Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable solutions across the Salesforce platform with a focus on Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, understand best practices for Apex and Flow development, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

What You Will Do

Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio tools. Develop and configure OmniStudio components to meet business needs. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate user stories and business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance
• Reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
• Reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with demonstrated project success
• Strong understanding of core Salesforce architecture, object model, and security model
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
• Agile development experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant
