Job description
The Estimator serves as a key technical resource throughout the sales process, ensuring customer needs are effectively aligned with product solutions. They are responsible for understanding structural and architectural plans, wood framing hardware, and coordinating with CLP engineers and sales to customize solutions.
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and structural drawings, prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects, and collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to ensure proposals are competitive and technically sound.
Experience in construction estimating and take-offs is required, and previous building materials or wood frame estimating experience is a must.
