Engine Design & Release Engineer

Role Overview

Design and Development Release Engineer for Engine Air Induction and Boosting Components and Systems. Work closely with Design Team, Suppliers, Manufacturing Team, Sourcing Team, Purchasing, Quality and Engine Systems Team.

What You Will Do

Design and develop engine air handling components and systems for current production and future programs.

5+ years of engineering experience, BSME in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or related field, knowledge of Base Engine Components and Operation.

Requirements

• BSME in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience
• Knowledge of Base Engine Components and Operation
• Understanding of DFMEA's, DVP&R's, ability to read engineering drawings
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with people in different areas including design, manufacturing, purchasing, quality
• Experience in Excel or other spreadsheets, Powerpoint, Word documents
