SIS Training and Development Specialist

Role Overview

The Training and Development Specialist will work with all levels of the organization to define training needs and create relevant course material. They will use various training methods, including classroom training, simulation-based activities, and coaching sessions. The role requires strong WCM or SIS knowledge and experience in training program development and management.

What You Will Do

Create and deploy training material, conduct in-plant follow-up with participants, track and report key metrics, and collaborate with SIS Academy teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in related field
• Experience in training program development and management
• Manufacturing experience
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Highly organized with the ability to adapt to changes
