Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance creative, digital advertising, or a comparable creative role
- Proven track record producing video, static, and motion ad creative that drives measurable results
- Strategic and experimental mindset with an ability to leverage data and insights
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design and video editing tools
- Experience sourcing and collaborating with UGC creators and influencers
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work autonomously, and hungry to solve difficult problems
