We are seeking one or more patent litigation associate(s) to join the IP practice of a prestigious international law firm in London, UK. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in patent litigation and a passion for advising clients in technically complex industries.

Requirements

• Patent litigation specialist
• Solid foundational knowledge across the spectrum of IP rights
• Substantive experience of procedural matters before the UK Patents Court
• Ability to take ownership of matters and client service
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Business development and client relationship management skills
• Financial management and commercial approach
