Vice President - Capital Markets

We are seeking a Vice President - Capital Markets to lead the structuring, negotiation, and execution of fund-level and asset-level financing transactions for Private Equity and Real Estate strategies.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in capital markets, fund finance, structured finance, private credit, investment banking, or a related role
• Strong working knowledge of fund finance structures
• Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex transactions while managing multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including fund-level cash flow and leverage impact analysis
• Proven relationship management and negotiation skills with banks and alternative lenders
